Refund, Return & Shipping Policy
At Complete 4 Fitness, we comply with applicable U.S. consumer protection laws, including Federal Trade Commission (FTC) regulations. Please review this policy carefully before placing an order.
Eligibility for Refunds or Replacements
You may be eligible for a refund or replacement if:
- Your order was not delivered
- Your item arrived damaged or defective
- You received the incorrect item
- The item is materially different from the product description
Refunds are reviewed case by case and are not automatic.
Dispute Timeframe
All refund or return requests must be submitted within 15 days of confirmed delivery.
Requests outside this timeframe may not be eligible, except where required by law.
How to Start a Dispute

Please include:
- Order number
- Full name on the order
- Description of the issue
- Clear photo or video evidence (required for damaged, defective, or incorrect items)
Failure to provide requested documentation may result in denial of the claim.
Returns
- Some claims may require the item to be returned before a refund or replacement is issued
- Return authorization must be approved before sending any items back
- Returned items must be:
- Unused
- In original packaging
- In resellable condition (unless damaged upon arrival)
Customers are responsible for return shipping costs, unless the return is due to our error or a defective product.
Refund Processing
- Approved refunds are issued to the original payment method
- Refunds are processed within 5–10 business days after approval
- Original shipping fees are non-refundable
- Banks or payment providers may take additional time to post the refund
Non-Refundable Items
The following items are not eligible for refunds:
- Items damaged due to misuse, normal wear, or improper handling
- Clearance or final-sale items
- Digital products or gift cards
- Items returned without authorization
Order Cancellations
- Orders may only be canceled before processing or shipment
- Once an order has shipped, it cannot be canceled and must follow the return process if eligible
Chargebacks
Customers are encouraged to contact Complete 4 Fitness before filing a chargeback.
Unauthorized or abusive chargebacks may result in order refusal or account restriction.
Policy Updates
We reserve the right to update this policy at any time. Changes take effect immediately upon posting.

Order Processing Time
- Orders are processed within 1–3 business days
- Processing time does not include shipping time
- Orders are not shipped on weekends or holidays
Shipping Timeframes
As a drop shipping business, our products ship from third-party suppliers.
Estimated delivery times:
- U.S. Orders: 3–14 business days
- International Orders: 10–30 business days
Delivery times are estimates and not guaranteed.
Shipping Delays
Shipping delays may occur due to:
- Customs processing
- Carrier delays
- Weather or global supply chain disruptions
If your order has not arrived within 30 days, you may contact us to initiate a delivery dispute.
Tracking Information
- Tracking numbers are provided once available
- Tracking updates may take several days to appear
- In some cases, multiple tracking numbers may be issued for one order
Incorrect Address
Customers are responsible for providing accurate shipping information.
We are not responsible for:
- Orders delivered to incorrect addresses provided by the customer
- Packages marked as delivered by the carrier
Lost or Missing Packages
If tracking shows delivered, we are not responsible for lost or stolen packages.
If tracking shows not delivered, you may be eligible for a refund or replacement after investigation.
Customs, Duties & Taxes
Customers are responsible for any customs fees, import taxes, or duties required by their country.
Shipping & Refund Relationship (FTC Compliance)
If an order is not delivered within the stated timeframe and no resolution is available, customers may be eligible for:

Several types of goods are exempt from being returned. Perishable goods such as food, flowers, newspapers or magazines cannot be returned. We also do not accept products that are intimate or sanitary goods, hazardous materials, or flammable liquids or gases.
Additional non-returnable items:
- Gift cards
- Downloadable software products
- Some health and personal care items
To complete your return, we require a receipt or proof of purchase.
Please do not send your purchase back to the manufacturer.
There are certain situations where only partial refunds are granted:
- Book with obvious signs of use
- CD, DVD, VHS tape, software, video game, cassette tape, or vinyl record that has been opened.
- Any item not in its original condition, is damaged or missing parts for reasons not due to our error.
- Any item that is returned more than 30 days after delivery
Refunds
Once your return is received and inspected, we will send you an email to notify you that we have received your returned item. We will also notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund.
If you are approved, then your refund will be processed, and a credit will automatically be applied to your credit card or original method of payment, within a certain amount of days.
Late or missing refunds
If you haven’t received a refund yet, first check your bank account again.
Then contact your credit card company, it may take some time before your refund is officially posted.
Next contact your bank. There is often some processing time before a refund is posted.

Sale items
Only regular priced items may be refunded. Sale items cannot be refunded.
Exchanges
We only replace items if they are defective or damaged. If you need to exchange it for the same item, send us an email at marketingteam@complete4fitness.com and we will give you the address to send your product.
